The villa's elegant entrance hall with its high Moorish style ceiling and delightful furnishings sets the tone for the rest of this beautiful house which assures you a terrific holiday with all the comforts of home! There is full air-conditioning living areas and bedrooms.
The lounge has a comfortable couch and chairs, flat screen satellite TV and opens onto a fantastic sun terrace with private pool and superb views of Luz Bay and Rocha Negra. alongside the lounge is a delightful dining area with a contemporary glass dining table and terrific sea views. The dining area also has doors to the sun terrace which has an outside dining table and chairs for very special al fresco meals by the pool.
A central corridor has a guest bathroom with shower, opposite which a door opens into the well-equipped kitchen next to the dining room. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster etc. and lots of cookware, crockery etc., while the washing machine is located in the laundry room downstairs.
