My 62 sq.m. 1-bedroom apartment is composed by a living room with dining area, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small balcony. It perfectly suits the needs of an individual traveler or a couple. The apartment benefits a partial sea-view, facing south and it's literally 30 linear meters far from the ocean. For this reason, it's very bright, ventilated and warm all day long. There's an AC unit in the bedroom that works as a heater during winter. There's another heater in the bathroom. I refurbished the flat in May 2019 with new furniture, decorations, utensils, bed sheets, etc. The flat comes with all comforts (fully equipped kitchen, 49' flat smart TV, Yamaha soundbar, Apple TV, fast internet, new towels, bed sheets, etc.). All utility bills are paid by me and are included in the price, including the internet.
Car parking is not an issue, there's literally a hundred free parking spots in a 100 meter radius from home. The car is actually not needed as my property is only a short walk distance from the beaches (5 minutes to long sandy beach), supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, pharmacy, taxi rank, bus stop, car hire, bank.
The bedroom is about 16 sqm and it is equipped with a large queen size double bed (160cm x 200cm), two bedside tables, a dresser, a small bed for babies (60cm x 120cm) and another piece of furniture with 4 shelves. A built-in wardrobe with 4 drawers and a hanger bar is located just outside the bedroom.
The windows are double glazed for better heat and sound insulation.
