This beachside home offers an open floor plan. Private backyard with BBQ and is the perfect place to come and enjoy life! There is a large kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space. There is seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, and all the amenities from home. The sunroom has views of the private, fenced in back yard. There is an indoor laundry room. The living room has a flat screen TV large couch and recliner. There are two bedrooms - one has a queen size bed; the second bedroom has two (2) twin beds. Both bedrooms have a TV. and large closet. There is one bath. Windows have wooden interior shutters for privacy, ceiling fans and much more. Everything you need to have to feel like you are at home.
This home is just a short walk to the traffic free beach. The east end of the street leads to the beach. There is a park with restrooms. The west end of our street leads to a public fishing / kayak dock where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. Shopping is right around the corner and within walking distance.

Summary: Area is where we live to be because it's close to things we enjoy, not real busy, close to the ocean and river AND our dog loved the backyard. My favorite room was the dining room/sunroom. Hope to be back again. Property manager was super great to work with.
