We have caught sheep head, snapper, snook and even little tarpon ‘s right off the dock. The bait store is a 3-minute drive. 15-minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor. 45-minute boat ride to Boca Grand Pass. 10-minute drive to Airport. 10-minute drive to shops and dining. Farmers market every weekend. Plenty to keep you busy or just stay home and enjoy the quite neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked for those let’s just stay home days or there is a restaurant in the neighborhood with a tiki hut on the water & Music on the weekends.
