The first bedroom is a well-kept king room with a balcony. It has a spacious ensuite bathroom, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe giving you more space to keep your things. Also a flat-screen TV for some entertainment. The second bedroom is a bright queen room, featuring a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a small sofa for when you want to relax. The third bedroom is a twin room that's warm and welcoming. It has a wardrobe for your clothes, toys and board games for some fun.
All beds include hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
The 4 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

## Transit
The best way to reach the house is by car but if you prefer there is The Miramar station is only a 6-minute walk away, and the Francelos and Aguda stations are 1.7 and 2.6 kilometres away, respectively.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
