The property extends over 5 hectares, in a quiet but easily accessible to all the charms of the Loire and surrounding villages.
The small house is composed of 2 large rooms to be lived / rooms with door windows overlooking the gardens. The bathroom is shared and is located between the 2 bedrooms.
