Summary: We stayed for four nights in a Prestige room, located in building number 3. We had a lovely large room overlooking the resorts' tree bounded square, charming in its simplicity and very quiet. The pool and gardens were lovely, with plenty of sunbeds available. Pool towels were readily available at the hotel reception. The staff on reception and restaurant were pleasant but did not make any effort to enhance our experience. No tourist information and little no local knowledge. We did not dine at the hotel restaurant, but did have our breakfast every day. The food served at breakfast was varied, well presented and plentiful. However, we felt the breakfast service was understaffed and consequently they were under such pressure to deliver breakfast that the experience was spoiled for the hotel customers. On one day only one person was available to both restock the breakfast and clear/reset tables, the tables did not get cleared!!
