This single storey villa offers a peaceful location just a few minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, Praia da Marinha. Casa Ryder is set back from the road and offers a private driveway with space for several cars. The villa is surrounded by mature landscaped gardens with palm trees and a large grass area for children to play, plus a pool table!
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. The lounge and dining area are well furnished, spacious and offers a built-in bar, wood burning stove and SMART TV. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area which has external dining furniture and private kidney shaped swimming pool which can be heated* during the cooler months.
Casa Ryder has three bedrooms which all have ample wardrobe and storage space and benefit from air conditioning, there is also a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite shower room plus sliding patio doors with direct access to the terrace with views of the lawn and gardens. The two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with two single beds which can be zipped together to form a super king bed. This bedroom also has sliding patio doors to a terrace with views over the gardens.
There are two restaurants you can easily reach by foot and many more just a short taxi or drive away. Overall, this is a great family villa for those who enjoy a peaceful location.
From Casa Ryder you can pick up the Seven Hanging Valleys (walking) Trail and view the spectacular coastline of the area. Within a five-minute drive are the stunning Benagil caves which you can see by boat, paddleboard or kayak. Carvoeiro is a ten-minute drive and has many restaurants, shops and plenty of beaches to explore. Zoomarine and Slide & Splash are also within easy driving distance. *Additional Charges may apply.
