Positive: - Listening to the ocean across the street - Exceptionally quiet location, home is away from crowds/neighborhood - Pool is protected by the house; minimal wind - Washer/dryer with detergent (multiple types) and drying rack - Beach chairs available - Full kitchen + cooking supplies - Nespresso machine w/pods - 1st floor does not need use of AC if you open the windows— fabulous ocean breeze!!

Negative: - Bring your own beach/pool towel - 1st floor AC/heat mini split a bit noisy when running - Bath towels on the thinner side, but still acceptable - In the off season, location is a 15-20 minute drive (or longer) to open restaurants and cafes; plan to stop at a grocery store when you get to the island to save time/money on breakfast/lunch/dinner
