Ideally located less than 20 minutes from Faro airport and 10 minutes from the magnificent sandy beaches, we are happy to offer our holidaymakers since 2023, after a complete renovation of the outbuilding juxtaposing the villa, this superb extended villa of 330m² and which has an accommodation capacity of up to 24 people for all your private events, family reunions or simply to party with friends.
The villa on 2 levels is composed of 7 bedrooms, including 4 private parental suites, including 1 suite, which is able to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
The quinta is entirely on one level, being composed of 3 bedrooms and more particularly, a private master suite which is able to accommodate people with reduced mobility like what the villa already offers. .
This complex (Villa + Quinta) therefore represents a very comfortable reception area inside and outside, namely:
- 10 bedrooms and 18 beds (24 beds maximum).
- 8 bathrooms.
- Air conditioning in all rooms.
