It also includes sheets, pillowcases, bedspreads, and pillows.<br><br>The kitchen includes: sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, glasses and wine glasses, cleaning supplies, pots, and a table.<br><br>The bathroom features a shower, hot water, towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, soap, and a shower cap.<br><br>Includes, among other things: a smart TV and Roku system, Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, air conditioning, smoke detector, closet with shelves, and cleaning supplies such as a broom, dustpan, bucket, and mop.<br><br>Parking is private and located in front of our facilities. We have one parking space available per apartment.<br><br>Our facilities are connected to and rely exclusively on public utilities provided by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority.
