The Space:
Vinted Villa is an excellent and beautiful 5 bedroom villa holiday property, offering privacy and space for groups of friends and family. The Villa sleeps 10 and is located in a quiet area of Vale do Lobo, within 10 minutes walking distance to Praça, restaurants, bars and the fabulous Vale do Lobo Beach.
The villa has fabulous outside areas with a large swimming pool (11 x 5 meters) and welcoming sun loungers (heating at extra charge), with a lot of seating areas to enjoy the outdoors. Near the pool side you have seating and BBQ both gas and charcoal for those al fresco meals and even a pizza oven should you longer the will to make a good pizza for the family.
The Jacuzzi in the villa is like no other in the Vale do Lobo area, in the middle of nature with plants and shrubs beautifully done and with a fabulous view of the golf, this will definitely be the ideal spot to end the evenings. The large welcoming Jacuzzi is surrounded with a garden that has ‘secret’ pathways leading to a very secluded sitting area where the evening may end with a good drink and just taking in the view.
This property is equipped with a tennis court with very easy access. Vinted Villa is in an elevated position in relation to the tennis court insuring that both sun catchers and tennis players are not disturbed. The sea view is another bonus where virtually from the outside terrace you may glimpse a view of the sea, and definitely feel the holiday breeze.
On entering the villa, you are welcomed by a large entrance hall with wooden staircases to the first floor. Past the hallway there are 2 twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms / shower, and a guests toilet. Past the bedrooms the hall way leads into a spacious yet comfortable lounge with fire place and great views out to the terrace.
Through the dining area you enter the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, perfect for serving up those cocktails and family meals. Kitchen has a breakfast table and a small outdoor terrace with a small fountain and Portuguese tiling great for morning coffees in the open.
Opposite the lounge are two more bedrooms with view to the pool and adjacent bathroom. Through the lounge you have another lounge and dining area that is more in touch with the outside areas and surroundings.
On the first floor you will find a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with both shower and tub and a large private terrace that overlooks the pool area and the cascading pond, along with a breathtaking view of the greens and the sea.
Vinted Villa has air conditioning throughout all divisions as well as TV with UK Channels and Wi-Fi.
Please note, there is a refundable security deposit of £450, subject to no damage.
Pool Heating is available for an additional 350€ per week (7 nights), available upon request.
Taxi transfers for 8-10 people included from Faro Airport to Vale do Lobo for arrival and departure.
