Villa Mimosa is a three bedroom linked villa with pool located in the Vale do Lobo resort in the Algarve. Guests of this property have free use of the communal pool at Vale do Lobo's Tennis Academy. The Praca with it's bars and restaurants is a few minutes drive away. Accommodation comprises of entrance leading to spacious living/dining room with cable TV, plenty of comfortable seating and doors leading to the pool terraces. The large newly fitted kitchen features microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Sleeping accommodation on the first floor comprises of a master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom and patio doors out to the private sun terrace. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms with air-conditioning and adjacent bathroom. Outside there are terraces off living room and first floor bedroom. The private swimming pool measures (6 x 4m). There is a barbeque and dining set for alfreso dining. Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service twice a week. Vale do Lobo beach is five minutes by car. Wireless internet available -there is a package available for clients to use that is monitored. if that limit is exceed the extra cost is deducted from the damage deposit. Please note air-conditioning is charged extra with this property.
