Villa Santi is a recently built 3 bed villa for holiday rental, located in Fazenda Santiago adjacent to Vale do Lobo. Just a few minutes drive to the beach, bars and restaurants at Vale do Lobo's Praca. There are tennis courts within the resort for guests use. Accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to open plan living room with Cable TV, DVD and doors to the pool terrace. There is free wireless internet available. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is on the first floor with twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Outside there are sun terraces surrounding the generous sized pool (salt water) which can be heated against an extra charge. The built-in barbeque is perfect for alfresco dining. The landscaped, lawned garden has a pergola and views to the sea. Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid twice a week. Air-conditioning is available at a supplemental charge.
