Positive: The grounds were lovely and the hosts were very attentive. The evening drink was a nice touch.

Negative: The sofa bed was small. I didn’t realise that it wasn’t a hotel, just lodges, so no hotel bar or breakfast room etc. The breakfast was provided daily to your lodge. These were items from the supermarket and some bread and croissants.

Summary: I could imagine this place would be beautiful in the summer, but not a huge amount to do out of season and the local tow
