Villa Colina is a lovely 3 bed villa, centrally located, at walking distance to the Vale do Lobo Praça and beach.
Living Area: On the left-hand side of the hallway there is the lounge area with TV and the dining room. This room opens to a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
Kitchen: The kitchen is on the right-hand side. There is a door in the kitchen to the backyard, where there is a laundry room on the right-hand side.
Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms in Villa Tulipa all spread across the one-story villa. You have a children’s bedroom with twin beds, and a double bedroom next door. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with another double bed.
Bathrooms: The children’s bedroom and double bedroom shares a bathroom with bathtub and the master has en-suite with shower.
Outside: Outside you will find an unexpected lounge area with pool view, as well as an alfresco dining area a BBQ. Below and fenced, there is a swimming pool, accessed by 3 steps, sun lounges and sun umbrellas. At the entrance of the villa there is a private parking area.
