Summary: Hotel is not at 5* by my standards. It is pleasant but I cannot understand the 5* status. We had to leave our bags with reception as we arrived early and our room was not ready. We were contacted by reception once we could pick up our key, only to be lumbered with our bags and pointed in the direction of our room so we could lug everything across the resort. The room we were in was basic and dated. The shower over the bath is dangerous! Its extremely precarious getting in and out. The gym is not worth visiting equipment is rusty and old and limited. We ate in the restaurant once and found it to be extremely salty. Breakfast was nice enough. Theres not really much to report, its a clean hotel with a pool, thats about it.
