Positive: The staff were amazing. They could not have possibly done any more for us. We will be staying here every time we come to Bali from now on. We absolutely LOVED it. I mentioned at the beginning of our stay that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday in a few days' time. On the day, they decorated her room and brought her a personalised birthday cake. She was so surprised and thrilled. We wanted accommodation that felt like Bali and it was exactly that. I couldn't recommend it more highly. I will certainly be telling all my friends and family to come to Tuwi.

Negative: My only recommendation to make any changes would be to add hair conditioner in the bathroom as there is shampoo and shower gel but no conditioner. Also the poolside bathroom floor is slippery and would benefit from non slip mats.

Summary: Our new favourite home away from home 🏡
