Positive: We stayed here in December. My wife and I. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Very polite. Very professional. Calm, attentive, and always ready to help without making a show of it. They carry the place, and they do it well. The building is solid and the stay is comfortable. The room was clean and functional, nothing excessive, but it worked. Breakfast was good and did its job. Enough choice, good quality, and a relaxed start to the day. Overall, a good stay. Strongly defined by excellent staff, slightly held back by practical details.

Negative: The weak point is the parking. It is complicated and inconvenient, especially on arrival. A valet parking service would be a real improvement and would better match the level of service offered inside.
