Positive: A beautiful new house with new furniture and bathroom fixtures. Parking in front of the house with access through a gate that opens with a remote control. Two bathrooms, beautiful hall. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board in the basement.

Negative: The house is located right next to the road, which the bedroom windows overlook. Traffic is not heavy, but it is not possible to sleep with the windows open. Since the house is on a hill, the temperature is 5 degrees lower than on the coast (around +16 in early November), but there is air conditioning. Some of the cookware, such as the frying pan, needs to be replaced.
