Porto do Mos beach is a 10 minute walk (with parking if needed)
The historic & picturesque town of Lagos is within easy walking distance with its cobbled streets & colourful squares, and many local and international restaurants.
The apartment is spacious, comprising a lounge with 2 sofas, FULL air conditioning & heating in lounge and BOTH bedrooms. FREE WI-FI and SMART UK/EUROPEAN TV, dining area/seating for 6 persons, leading to a large south facing terrace with table & chairs & loungers for al fresco dining and relaxing, overlooking the well tended & manicured lawns & quiet gardens (see reviews) and swimming pool.
There is a contemporary, stylish & new, modern bathroom with a large walk in shower, twin sinks in granite counter, both bedrooms are large & furnished to a very high standard. There is a full kitchen with everything you should need available.
Ample free parking is available in the cul de sac directly outside the gated complex.

COVID PRECAUTIONS:
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned to a very high standard with 70% alcohol anti bacterial cleaners, bleach & disinfectant after every changeover.
Anti bacterial wipes & hand sanitizer are available in both bathroom & kitchen.
There is a full 24 hour gap ‘buffer zone’ between guests to enable thorough cleaning & airing of the property.

Golfing breaks: This property is absolutely ideal for golfing breaks with the vast selection of excellent championship courses, a course for every day of the week! Boavista, the nearest at 5 minute drive, Palmeres, 10 min drive, Penina, Parque de Floresta, Alto and Morgado de Requengo are all within a 10-25 minute drive from the apartment, with many other courses further along the coast to the East. The courses offer extra facilities, pampering spa treatments and serving refreshments and meals for your enjoyment, you are really spoilt for choice of golfing facilities close to the apartment.There are also lawn bowls and tennis nearby.
After your round of golf, visit the super restaurants in the town or at the beautiful marina, or try a spot of fishing from one of the many boats available there.

Tennis courts for hire are available close to the apartment with or without a tennis coach.
