The upper apartment is arranged over four floors, connected by an open internal staircase:
• First floor: two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and one bathroom.
• Second floor: two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and one bathroom.
• Third floor: one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
• Fourth floor: a bright and spacious living room with a sofa and armchairs, opening onto one of Alfama’s largest private rooftop terraces. Bathed in natural light, the interiors are rich in traditional Portuguese character. Large windows, classic iron balconies, decorative ceilings, vintage furniture, Portuguese tiles, golden details and crystal chandeliers create a distinctive and welcoming atmosphere.
Original oil paintings appear throughout the property, from canvases to painted furniture. Lines from poems, songs and fado lyrics add a unique touch, creating an immersive setting inspired by art, music and literature.
