Summary: From the warm cheerful greeting at reception to the reluctant departure, everyone at Ockenden Manor did their employers proud. The hotel itself was classy without being stuffy. The spa offered outstanding facilities and was spacious enough to never feel crowded. I return to the subject of the staff, who were amazing throughout. Always thoughtful, welcoming and helpful. This is an exceptional place that I look forward to revisiting.
