Positive: the host was there when we arrived.

Negative: well, I didn't actively dislike anything ... some of the furniture e.g. couches were a little on the well worn side .. I would consider binning those and replacing. Also would make the outdoor area a little more interesting.

Summary: it was spacious and clean, just a little dated ... A little bit of a makeover would work wonders.
