Positive: Great value for the money! The patio area was very nice, even in winter. The beach is an easy walk away and there are a few places to eat within walking distance (less than half a mile). It wasn't the right weather for it, but there was also beach equipment (chairs, cooler, etc.) available for guest use.The posted pictures are accurate and not misleading. <3

Negative: The beds were not the most comfortable. The smart TV had a frustrating remote, but you should leave the TV off and enjoy the Space Coast!

Summary: Lovely little cottage in a great location on the Space Coast!
