Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Big, new and very spacious apartment with three bed rooms, two bathrooms and separate toilet, huge living room / dining area and balcony with direct view to the beach and sea. Very well equipped kitchen. Own garage parking with a lift to second floor apartment. Supermarket and some restaurants also on the beach very near. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best apartment we have had.

Negative: We asked from hostess how to adjust a/c temperature. She told that we can't adjust temperature by ourselves, but she will do it for us via phone app. We asked to set bed room temperature to 21C. Next morning it was very hot and we asked again. She replied that her colleague forgot to turn a/c on and it will be done immediately. Second morning still hot and we asked again. Then she replied that a/c is broken and will be fixed as soon as possible. However it wasn't fixed during our 5 nights stay. So we had to sleep with bed room balcony door open but it was quite noisy.

Summary: Very spacious and new luxury apartment by the beach.
