Our house " Casa dos Pinheiros", completed in Summer 2006, is a modern, air-conditioned single-storey villa in true Portuguese style. Set on top of a hill with excellent views of the medieval town of Obidos, the sea and the world’s largest natural lagoon leading to the sea. The house is situated in the lovely village of Capeleria only 45 minutes drive from the airport at Lisbon. Fully air-conditioned/heated. The house has four bedrooms which sleep eight comfortably, including a cot and high chair for the little ones. Two bathrooms, one en-suite and one with a bath & shower. With a living accommodation comprising a lounge, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar and utility room along with a 12m x 5m heated infinity swimming pool and large terrace with BBQ. Set in 6500 square meters of gardens and orchard with peach and plum trees. Perfect for families and friends, peaceful amidst spectacular panoramic views, 10 mins drive to beaches, 15 min walk or 5 min drive from medieval World Heritage walled town & castle of Obidos with annual Christmas, Medieval, chocolate and opera festivals, fado & tapas bars, 'Pingo Doce' supermarket and public indoor swimming pool.
