First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed and a large wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a large wardrobe
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

Outside :
- A private parking space is reserved inside the residence at about 30 m from the house.
- Private garden of about 25 m² with terrace, facing west. The terrace is furnished with a table, 6 chairs and a parasol.

Within the residence :
- A shared heated swimming pool and paddling pool are available (open from mid-May to the end of September), 60 m2 (6mX10m), fully fenced and supervised in season. A bowling green, a ping-pong table, a children's playground and other activities are available free of charge.
