Our privileged location allows you to combine the peace of a residential area with incredible convenience: the stunning Ponta Delgada Urban Park is literally a one-minute walk away, perfect for your morning strolls or for relaxing at the end of the day. Explore our parish, famous for its pineapple greenhouses, and enjoy authentic cuisine at nearby restaurants like "Esquina Steakhouse" and "Mariserra". With direct access to the expressway, the island's treasures are within your reach, from the magical lagoons of Sete Cidades and Fogo to the volcanic valley of Furnas. All this just a five-minute drive from the historic center and marina of Ponta Delgada, offering the perfect balance of nature, culture, and comfort.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
