Simplicity at its finest, this lovely home is the perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxing and sunny getaway.

The living room is quite modest, here you'll find a simple sofa and a coffee table.

Just next door, you'll find the kitchen. It is fully equipped with all the cookware and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal, including a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher, pots and pans and more.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed that has been fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens, and you'll also find the rooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom has a modern design. Here you'll find a walk-in shower room, as well as a basin and a toilet. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Your health is our priority. Our home follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

There are 2 bus stops within a 1 and 2-minute walk from the property. However, we would recommend driving here as you are free to park on the streets.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2pm, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
