Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location in a quiet district. Good supermarkets are within walking distance. Metro(tram) stop is not far away and ability to get to the city center quickly. 3 separate bedrooms.

Negative: Not very clean overall. Main double-bed was with dirty sheets. No household necessities, so be ready to go to supermarket and buy on your own: sponges and cleaner for dishes, salt, matches, shampoo, bags for garbage - almost everything. No air conditioner and quite hot in sunny days. For check-in guest need to go to some bar in the center after the keys. Not very easy if you are with luggage and/or kids. Small kitchen without a table, just a bar, but with no bar chairs.

Summary: Although not so clean and other inconveniences, our overall stay was manageable.
