The apartment is fully remodeled and spread over two floors with spacious rooms throughout. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, private bathroom, and balcony; two with twin beds and a shared bathroom, one of which also has balcony access. The open-plan living room and kitchen are on the lower floor, along with a bathroom and a balcony with a seating area and stunning sea views. The apartment accommodates up to six guests and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay on Madeira Island. A parking space is included.

The area offers many services, including restaurants, bars, hotels, beaches, a bike path, promenade, gardens, and paddle courts.
