On the 4th floor, with lift access, the apartment has a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, fully furnished and a well-equipped brand new kitchenette and a modern bathroom. It Also has a lovely balcony with plenty of natural light ideal for breakfast. Towels and linens are provided.
It is equipped with air-conditioner, TV and Internet.
At your doorstep you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and the market place. The Bus Stop to Lisbon or to one of the biggest shopping centers in the area is reachable on a two-minute walk.
You can rent a bicycle or go surfing, windsurfing, golfing, bird watching, and much more, all in the surrounding area.
Costa da Caparica is Considered for many as the national capital of surfing, kite surfing and body boarding. Two of the best golf courses in Portugal in the vicinity - Aroeira I and Aroeira II.
