Master bedroom side has king bed, 40 inch HDTV, dresser, nightstands, and large closet; adjacent mirrored vanity area with separate toilet and full size shower room. Opposite side of condo has compact guest bedroom with queen bed, mini dresser and mini closet. No more than 4 guests and no pets allowed. Bay Oaks has tennis courts, club house with billiards, and coin laundry next to the pool. Trolley stop out front takes you to the public beach, the village, and other popular stops. You can also get to the closest beachfront (Public Access #12) a 12 min walk or 5 min bike ride; multiple restaurant, bar and shops are right there as well. The state park main beach is 8 min bike ride and the Village is about 15 min bike ride.
