LIVING & DINING:
The spacious living room has a large beige sofa, a fireplace and a big flat screen TV. The elegant dining area can seat up to 8 guests. The sliding glass doors lead to the large open terrace where you can have dinner al-fresco or just enjoy breath-taking views of the ocean. There is another living room on the second floor with 2 stylish armchairs, a library and a small terrace.

KITCHEN:
The modern sparkling white kitchen is fully-equipped and has all the amenities you need including a coffee machine, a fridge, a stove, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and a dishwasher. It also has a bar table and chairs for a quick snack. There is another kitchen on the second floor with an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge and a kettle.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The house has four bedrooms: three with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the three bathrooms has a bathtub and the other two have showers. Bathroom essentials, linen and towels are provided alongside two hairdryers.

The property is also equipped with a washing machine, a steamer and a vacuum cleaner provided for your convenience.

HOUSE RULES:
ALTIDO Portugal wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
-In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.

Guests will have access to the entire villa, the garden, the swimming pool, and the tennis court. However, the guests must be aware that the pool has no fence and the balconies have unprotected sides, and they must take in mind the potential risk for their kids.

A member of ALTIDO Portugal will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property.

Please be advised that due to government requirements, you will have to present a valid travel document, upon check-in.
Please note that there is a refundable security deposit of 500€ applied.
Parties are absolutely forbidden.
Please be informed that the pool and the balconies do not have protection net.
The front gate it's not to use, only the back one.
