Nestled within the rolling vineyards of the Bordeaux region, it is a wine lovers’ paradise: a short (10-15 min) drive from the stunning Medieval town of St Emilion and surrounded by a tempting array of satellite appellations.
Perfect for families with children big and small, the property offers a 12 x 5m heated swimming pool, an expansive garden with private fields beyond, a large trampoline, badminton equipment, table tennis and a substantial wooden play structure complete with swings, slide and tower. Indoors, the house boasts a roomy play area with table football and a variety of toys and games to suit all ages. Note – there is a small river running through the bottom of the garden.
