Faro Villa 1000 is a modern and contemporary six-bedroom villa
located in the Encosta do Lago resort in the heart of the Quinta do
Lago. The location of this stunning Villa really is great for those who
love to be within walking distance of all the main facilities that the
five star Quinta do Lago resort has to offer.
The villa is built over three levels. Clients are greeted to a
modern entrance hall with a staircase leading up to the first floor and
into the comfortable lounge area. The lounge area is spacious and is
divided into two different sitting areas. The first space is spacious,
comfortable and features a wood-burning fireplace perfect to relax and
perhaps read a book, the sliding doors lead to the patio and pool. The
second sitting area is cosier and features a flat-screen TV, ideal to
enjoy a movie and spend some quality time in family.
The adjacent kitchen, where the black colour has the spotlight, is
fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, coffee
machine, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. Next to the
kitchen, we have a spacious dining table.
The villa has six bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and an
en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa.
Bedroom three is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite
bathroom. Bedroom four has twin beds and en-suite bathroom and bedroom
five has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom six is in the
lower level of the villa with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
The lower level of the property has an ensuite twin bedroom, which
has natural light and access to the pool area.
The exterior of the property features a large swimming pool that
can be heated against an extra charge, sun loungers, outdoor seating
area & a charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining.
This holiday rental benefits from a private swimming pool, WiFi,
cable TV, air-conditioning and Heos sound system.
This Villa is beautifully decorated throughout and located in the
desirable area of Encosta do Lago and just a few minutes walking
distance to the lake, where you can enjoy water-sports, the beach, and
