The perfect property for snowbirds to come and have space to host visitors - you settle into the main house and have your visitors stay in the guest house! Our happiest guests have been multigenerational families - grandparents in the main house for a few months and their adult children and grandchildren come for a week or so and stay in the guest house. Everyone has their own space but there's plenty of room to gather together.

Clearwater Beach Cottage is perfect for a relaxing getaway. You will be an easy three minute walk to the award winning sugar sand of North Beach - a private section of Clearwater Beach away from all the crowds.
The property is set up to host family and friends. The main house has a gourmet kitchen, multiple sitting rooms, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with walk in shower. Across the courtyard is the guest house with an additional two bedrooms, it’s own living room and a precious full kitchen. The property is fenced in with a grill, outdoor dining area, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit and an outdoor shower.
The house has everything you need for a day at the beach: beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and towels - and a beach wagon. We even have two bikes available.
In the evenings, walk back to the beach to watch the sun set over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! For dinner, cook at home and eat under the stars while enjoying the quiet solitude of this quaint neighborhood - or take advantage of all the dining and entertaining options of Clearwater Beach! You will only be a mile from Clearwater's famous Pier 60 so if you don't want to drive, take one of the bikes to dinner!
